If there’s anything better to come back to after a long day on the slopes than a crackling log fire, the mouth-watering aroma of home-baked cake, and the promise of a delicious three-course meal, then we’re not actually sure what it is. It’s why we take food and drink very seriously in our chalets!

It's all about the food!

We’re true foodies at heart, so you can expect the very best in chalet catering for your stay. If you’ve ever stayed with us before you’ll know that our talented chalet hosts pride themselves on their top-notch food and service, and we love to get praise from happy, well-fed guests at the end of the week.

Our traditional ski chalets give you the chance to put your feet up and properly relax while your team looks after you. The only thing you have to think about is whether you’ve time for a soak in the hot tub out on the terrace before dinner.

Starters

  • Broccoli and Courgette Soup

Main Course

  • Chicken breast, stuffed with Boursin, wrapped in Jambon Cru with Roast Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage and White Wine Sauce
  • Boeuf Bourguignon, Hassleback Potatoes, Broccoli
  • Savoyard Tartiflette, Green Salad, Charcuterie
  • Duck Confit, Rosemary Mashed Potato, Pan Fried Courgettes, Red Wine Jus
  • Luxury Fish Trio Pie, Pea Puree, Green Beans

Desserts

  • Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce
  • Lemon cheesecake with a fruit coulis

We cater for vegetarians and special diets with delicious options. Please tell us before you travel in the ‘Special Requests’ section in your ‘My Holiday’ portal so that our staff can make sure they’ve got you something tasty ready! Supplements apply to special diets, except Vegetarian.

 

Alpine Elements Chalet Service

Our chalet hosts win praise galore from our guests! They’re hand-picked for their vibrant and friendly natures and always on hand to help your holiday run as smoothly as they can. They will lay out breakfast each morning, bake cakes or biscuits for afternoon tea and cook a delicious three-course evening meal.

For staff day off, a simpler continental breakfast is provided and for dinner, you’re free to explore the local restaurants or grab a takeaway pizza.

Our hosts will also clean the chalet's public areas for you each day (except staff day off) and generally help and look after you as best they can. For reasons of privacy, we only clean bedrooms, bathrooms and en-suites twice a week.

Alpine Elements Hotel Service

Our exclusive Alpine Elements hotels are run by us and we pride ourselves in creating a relaxed but professional atmosphere with a diligent team always on hand to help in any way they can. Our brilliant team will serve breakfast each morning with yummy cooked options and freshly made cakes or biscuits as you return from the slopes, then prepare a delicious three-course meal, served in our hotel restaurants.

For staff day off, breakfast is still provided as normal and for dinner, you’re free to explore the local restaurants or grab a takeaway pizza. Our staff will clean public areas each day, (including staff days off), and rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day except staff days off.

Join us for Christmas or New Year

If you’re dreaming of a White Christmas (and you’re tired of it never happening in the UK!) then nothing beats a festive break in a winter wonderland of beautiful chalets and hotels.

On Christmas Day enjoy a special breakfast of bucks fizz and smoked salmon and eggs, or let us treat you to the Full English. When you get back in from a festive day on the slopes, you can look forward to afternoon tea with mince pies and mulled wine before we serve our special Christmas and New Year’s day menus (complete with all the trimmings) and a celebratory glass of bubbles. 

Then enjoy the resort’s own festivities, the Christmas parades and firework displays to celebrate Christmas with your kids, or see in the New Year in style. Each resort does Christmas festivities in its own way, but we love them all at this time of year!
