If you’ve been to Morzine before, then you’ll know how hard it is to find a chalet so close to the slopes. Chalet Nyon ticks that ‘ski to door’ box and ensures you don't have to get on a shuttle bus each morning to get to the lifts.

So, if you’re looking for a true skiers' chalet with luxurious facilities like a hot tub to relax in after a day on the hill - then we think you’ll like our 10 bed premium ski retreat, situated next to the Nyon pistes and cable car. This lift accesses some of the best skiing in the area - for beginner to expert - and will get you to the top of the finest powder descents before anyone else!

The chalet is about 70 metres from the bottom of the Nyon slopes and almost next door to the cable car; so skiing in the morning (or returning in the afternoon) really couldn't be easier. At the top of the Nyon cable car are some of the finest pistes in Morzine and Les Gets, (which suit all levels), and you can get quicker access to the best slopes as you avoid the busy Pleney lifts in the centre of town. If you’ve booked ski lessons from le Pleney, then the free bus stops right outside the chalet and will take you there in no time.

When you’ve had your fill of the pistes, take the excellent home run back to our chalet (it's one of the best in resort) and soak up the last of the evening sun. Enjoy a soak in the chalet hot tub with a slice (or two) of freshly made cake and take in the views of the Vallee de Manche and Pointe de Nyon, which is home to some of the best skiing and boarding in the Portes du Soleil.

About the chalet

Chalet Nyon was rebuilt using old antique wood we imported from Scandinavia, which seemed like the right idea at the time. And we’re glad we did because it looks great! Now, it offers an even newer look for 2024 as we’ve revamped the public areas a touch.

With a cosy lounge, a fireplace and panoramic balcony views we’ve created one of the loveliest ‘ski-chalet atmosphere’s’ we think you’re likely to find; and with its close location to the slopes (did we mention that earlier!) we know you’ll like it here.

Nyon offers all the charm and beauty of an old, traditional ski chalet with the modern luxuries of a smart alpine retreat. Outside looks every bit the quintessential wooden ski chalet, whilst inside, the Nyon’s cosy, firelit rooms (designed by Caroline Fooks) are perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

• Bedroom 1: Two single beds (can zip-n-lock into double bed), large windows (forest view), en-suite bath, shower, WC
• Bedroom 2: Double bed; window with forest view, en-suite bath, shower, WC
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds (can zip-n-lock into double bed); balcony & windows with excellent mountain views, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds (can zip-n-lock into double bed); & a third single bed. Balcony & windows with excellent mountain views, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC
• Bedroom 5: Double bed, smaller room, en-suite shower, WC

Laid out over three floors, there are five ensuite bedrooms for 10-11 people and you can get group free spaces if you fill all 11 beds! On the middle floor is a kitchen and dining room with a comfy lounge and fireplace. Its balconies offer sunny mountain views and lead outside to an outdoor hot tub (on the sun deck). There’s a ski room with boot warmers and most rooms can fit a cot. Free chalet parking (onsite) for 4 cars.
